Interfaces
In
contemporary business, which has a multidimensional and usually very
complicated structure and functioning, we often encounter a situation
where companies use applications to support the business. As a platform
integrating different aspects of the business into one system the ERP
must be capable of communication and data exchange. Creating individual
interfaces is a response to these needs. Our company has created a
number of such original solutions. Here are some of them:
- An
interface with a vehicle weighing scales (package software) – freight
weighing (vehicle with freight – package weight – tare weight), the
real rather than declared quantity is registered, automatic issuing of
CI documents on the basis of the real weight
- Warehouse interfaces – integration with Qguar - a high-bay warehouse system from Quantum (package software)
- Interfaces
for such devices as laboratory balances, barcode printers – product
labelling – automatic barcode labelling on the basis of weight and
registration of warehouse items
- Warehouse and production interfaces – integration with original clients’ solutions
- An interface for a barcode system, e.g. Qguar, Hetman, SKK
- An interface for Emigo management/representative informing system (part of CRM functionality) from Sagra Technology
- An
interface with LARGO system controlling the mixing of non-standard
colours for plaster – automatic generation of warehouse items
- An interface for KC Firma – a retail outlet controlling system from Kucharscy S.C. – data exchange
- An interface for Platforma Hetman – a production system from MT ProkHard (a specialised system for the cardboard package branch)
- An
interface for Husar system (Intrastat) – monthly sales and purchase
reporting of aggregated data according to CN, XML file format
- An interface for MP2 – a maintenance management/toolroom system from Eurotronic 2000
- An interface for automatic sending of reminders and invoices through Lotus Notes
- An interface for XAL program – the automation of ordering process in EDI format and sending invoices and corrected invoices
- Home
banking systems – home banking export and import of bank statements,
e.g. MiniBank, MiniBank24, NetBank, MultiCash, iPKOBiznes, CitiDirect,
BRESOK, BusinessNet
- XML interfaces – data exchange in XML files, extra documents, data for AIF standard

An interface with SCADA winCC system: exchange of data on production
orders (material consumption, ready-made product income), which is
registered in SCADA winCC system. Data is exchanged cyclically (hourly).
