The Sure Step methodology is divided into 6 stages:
- Diagnosis – initial analysis of the client’s needs and requirements. Determining the main goals.
- Analysis – a detailed analysis of all processes taking place in the company.
- Project – a plan of ndividual implementation of existing elements and the possibility of expanding the program with features appropriate for a given industry / business specifics.
- Construction – Determining parameters of standard system functionalities and modification and extension of it to new functions.
- Launch – launching the program and providing training for its users,
- Test – program and functionality tests and post-implementation support.
There are two additional stages: optimization and upgrade – a new version of the program.
