In connection with the start of GDPR regulations this month, we present information on deployment of these new rules into the Microsoft Dynamics AX family (Axapta 3.0, Axapta 4.0, AX 2009, AX 2012, D365 F&O).
Microsoft declares compliance of its supported products with the GDPR regulations. In addition, in the latest updates of the system, we see the following changes:
- privacy policy updates (AX 2009, AX 2012, D365),
- resignation of data collection from the system to the quality improvement program and an additional marker indicating system users having access to personal data (AX 2012, D365)
- The Person Search Report (D365 F & O)
