Brigades management
- Files Brigades – created to facilitate service brigades, allow for automatic transfer of data to other related files: employees, cost categories, calendars, project over which the brigade works, financial dimensions. Thanks to this, it is possible to enter data in only one Brigade File, making everyday work and system operation easier.
- Comprehensive brigadier screen, from which it is possible to modify all data related to the brigade, including viewing the availability of inventory and machines assigned to the brigade
- The ability to create a brigade hours sheet based on brigade and calendar composition data.
Project budget
- Approving budgets – functionality allows you to track budget changes and costs assigned to a given project. If changes are made to an already approved budget, the system automatically marks the previous budget as “history” with the version number, and the new status changes from “To be approved” to “Approved”. Changing the status of the project to “In Progress” – you get the opportunity registration of the costs of a given project.
- Creating and settling budgets in currencies other than PLN with the import of course tables
- Supplementing the cost categories based on the forecast. – Each planned purchase has an assigned cost category. As part of this functionality, the system will automatically assign the purchased goods to the category assigned to the goods at the purchasing planning stage.
- Automatically creating an issue sheet in projects based on posted PO document. The functionality allows for the automatic generation of issue documents from the warehouse of goods that do not hit it physically.
Settling up the working time of brigades and employees
- Automation of the work time registration process in the field of working times recorded in the brigade hour sheets with the labor card in the Payroll module – the Kadro-Płacowym module.
- Registration of piecework gross pay for individual employees, brigades, projects for a given month. This allows you to calculate the bonus in the Fees module and allows you to print BZ reports. It is possible to check whether the sum of wages entered for a given construction stage is equal to the sum of costs entered for sub-stages performed in a given month.
- Automatic check of hours and chords when converting the payroll and assigning to a specific payrol
- Recording of processing for a brigade – recording of estimated working time (processing, production) with division into brigades. On this basis it is possible to determine the number of hours worked on the project by the brigade and to calculate the remuneration on this basis. Due to the variety of activities performed by employees, the registration takes place at the level of the entire construction, not its individual stages. The system shows on the screen the value registered in a given month in all stages and sub-stages of a given construction
- Settlement of wages, fees and contributions for juvenile and learners
Automatic registration of machine rental costs
- The function allows you to accurately track the costs of using your own machines on projects, and thus determine whether it is worth using an own machine from an economic point of view and bear transport costs or rent machines on the local market.
- A set of additional fields in trade registers in which it is possible to register the costs of machines and services. Costs are assigned to a machine having the same index in fixed assets, where data about the equipment is stored: type, date of purchase, technical information, insurance information, etc.) Additionally, the costs of transporting machines from project “A” to project “B” are settled
Status of the project (construction)
- Recording of the estimated processing (production) takes place at the Construction Stage level. The system allows entering the estimated quantity in the lowest branches of the project tree. The user gives the quantity produced and the system records the value resulting from the given quantity and value of the production unit recorded in the header of the Construction Stage (project). If the user registers for a given stage a Process larger than the declared one, the system means such a line in red
